Safe foods, is there any such thing.
My only safe safe foods are:
Strawberries  28cal per 100g
Raspberries   25cal per 100g
Kiwi             49cal per 100g
Apple           47cal per 100g
Pineapple     40cal per 100g

The food i allow for my routined days are:
Porridge        Tesco pre-weighed satchet of 27g micro oats, made with 120ml of skimmed milk or coconut milk replacement
Cucumber      10cal per 100g
Raspberries    25cal per 100g
Grapes          60cal per 100g
Capers          14cal per 100g
Tuna             Not quite 1 tin, 105cal per 100g


Juice fasting:
Its actually healthy to fast every now and again, clears your body of toxins and such. For a longer fast i juice fast. each serving is 100ml and is 31.537calories.


125g braeburn apple
148g kiwi
330g strawberry
100g banana
100ml water


It makes about a litre, if it hasnt, then i add more water becuase i need the calories to be exact. I store it in the fridge until its all used up, i tend to eat it with a spoon, although i can make it last longer if i sip. Its really tasty aswell.
